Cookie and Local Storage Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Cadenvio and DataFast use, what each item does, who can access it and how long it lasts. Essential storage makes sign-in and requested app features work. Optional analytics stays off unless you accept it.
Who is responsible
Cadenvio is operated by Software Development - Rafał Darłak, Gnojnica 59, 39-105 Gnojnica, Poland, NIP: 8181728292, REGON: 388328837. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@cadenvio.com.
Cadenvio runs no advertising or cross-site advertising scripts. With consent, JustShipIt Pte. Ltd., trading as DataFast, processes pseudonymous usage analytics for Cadenvio. X and Sold through Link/Stripe use their own storage after you leave Cadenvio for sign-in or hosted checkout, under their own policies.
Essential cookies
These first-party API cookies are required for the sign-in flow and authenticated service. They are not used for advertising or analytics and cannot be switched off in Cadenvio.

Functional browser storage
This storage is read only by Cadenvio scripts on your device. It remembers choices you request or preserves unfinished work; it is not sent to an advertising provider. Removing it may reset preferences or discard local drafts.

Optional DataFast analytics
If you accept analytics, the DataFast standard tracker sets pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and receives canonical page paths, content-free signup, checkout and product-workflow events, device and browser information, approximate location derived by DataFast, and LCP, INP and CLS performance metrics. Product events use fixed categories for post type, destination, content label, creation and scheduling mode, attachment type and grouped count, and completed composer, publishing, connection, settings, analytics-control, assistant, billing, sign-out and legal-acceptance actions. Events may also include only a fixed acquisition category — direct, Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, X, LinkedIn or other — and the first Cadenvio surface measured after consent in that tab. Cadenvio does not call DataFast identify or payment tracking and does not send account, workspace, X, Stripe, email or name identifiers, post text, prompts, drafts, files, file names, attachment contents, exact schedules, error messages, full referral URLs, search terms or arbitrary campaign values.
The temporary acquisition and auth-flow markers are created only after analytics consent. They keep the fixed first-touch category for the tab and let a return from sign-in be counted. The DataFast Growth plan advertises 5+ years of analytics retention; records can be requested for deletion using the visitor ID shown in Cookie settings.

Your choice
Optional analytics is off until you choose Accept analytics. Accept and reject are equally available. Cadenvio stores your versioned choice in cadenvio.consent.v1 for six months, then asks again. A material change to analytics purposes or providers also requires a new choice.
Use Cookie settings in the footer or app settings to change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional events and removes DataFast visitor/session identifiers, its queued events and the temporary acquisition and auth-flow markers; only the DataFast opt-out marker remains until you accept again or remove browser storage. Before withdrawal, Cookie settings shows the pseudonymous DataFast visitor ID that can help us find records for an access or deletion request. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it. Browser controls can also remove storage, but blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in.

Essential cookies and functional storage are used because they are necessary to provide the service or feature you requested. Optional analytics storage and events rely on your consent. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy at https://cadenvio.com/privacy/.
