Prices exclude VAT and sales tax; the tax for your country is added at checkout. Eligible new customers can start any plan with a 7-day trial. A card is required and is first charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before day 7. Purchases are facilitated by Sold through Link, LLC as merchant of record using Stripe services; Cadenvio remains the seller and service provider, and receipts and invoices are issued through Link. Cancel any time; full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Trial allowances apply during the seven days; you can end the trial early in the app to start full plan allowances immediately.

Why are X posts counted at all?
X charges apps $0.015 for a post without a URL and $0.20 for a post containing one or more URLs. Every thread segment consumes one total-post slot; a segment with one or more URLs also consumes one linked-post slot. A ten-part thread with links in two parts therefore uses 10 total posts and 2 linked posts. Media without a URL does not use a linked-post slot.
Do X Articles count against my posts?
Yes. Every plan includes X Articles; publishing one uses one X post from the current billing cycle, and a Publish update uses another because X cannot edit a published Article in place. Publishing Articles requires an X Premium, Premium+ or Business account; drafting works on any account.
What is an AI token, and how far does the allowance go?
Tokens are how language models measure text — roughly ¾ of a word each. A typical assistant action (a rewrite, a hook, a chat answer) uses about 2,500 tokens including the model's reasoning, so 1M tokens is about 400 actions. Allowances are pooled per workspace for the billing cycle; the meter shows the exact reset date.
How does the free trial work?
A new customer's first subscription starts with 7 free days. Add a card at checkout; the first charge happens after day 7 unless you cancel first under Settings → Plan & billing or through the billing portal opened from the app. One trial per person. The trial includes 30 total X posts, including up to 3 containing links, analytics for 30 root posts published through Cadenvio, 200,000 AI tokens and 1 GB of media for the whole week. Need the full billing-cycle allowances sooner? End the trial under Plan & billing and the first paid period starts immediately.
How does billing work?
Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and are per workspace. Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record using Stripe services, while Cadenvio remains the seller and service provider — you'll see "Sold through Link" and LINK.COM* CADENVIO on your statement. Link calculates transaction taxes and issues receipts and invoices. Manage the subscription in the app or through the billing portal opened from it.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The app identifies whether the total-post, linked-post, AI or storage meter is exhausted and shows the relevant top-up, upgrade or reset date. Nothing you created is deleted. A workspace without an active plan is paused — you can still read and export everything, but nothing is published until a plan is active again.
