Cadenvio uses essential browser storage to keep the service working. Optional analytics helps us understand which pages and product features are useful. You can accept or reject it.

DataFast uses a pseudonymous visitor cookie to recognise this browser across visits. It receives canonical page paths, fixed content-free events about composing, scheduling, publishing, connections, settings, analytics controls, assistant and billing actions, plus attachment type and a grouped count, a coarse acquisition category and LCP, INP and CLS performance metrics. We do not identify your Cadenvio account and do not send account, workspace, X or Stripe identifiers, post text, prompts, drafts, files, file names, exact schedules, error messages, search terms or full referral URLs. DataFast Growth retains analytics for 5+ years. Separate IP-masked technical diagnostics remain in Microsoft Application Insights for 30 days. You can change this choice at any time.

Set your posting schedule

Add recurring weekly times so Next free slot always has somewhere to place a post.

Create recurring slots

  1. Open Settings

    Go to the Schedule section and check the workspace time zone first.

  2. Add a publishing time

    Enter the time once, then select every weekday when it should recur.

  3. Repeat for your rhythm

    Add the other times you regularly want to publish. Remove a time to clear it from every selected day.

Use the schedule

In the composer, Next free slot chooses the earliest recurring slot that is still open. In Calendar, Queue shows filled and empty slots together.
