Cadenvio uses essential browser storage to keep the service working. Optional analytics helps us understand which pages and product features are useful. You can accept or reject it.

DataFast uses a pseudonymous visitor cookie to recognise this browser across visits. It receives canonical page paths, fixed content-free events about composing, scheduling, publishing, connections, settings, analytics controls, assistant and billing actions, plus attachment type and a grouped count, a coarse acquisition category and LCP, INP and CLS performance metrics. We do not identify your Cadenvio account and do not send account, workspace, X or Stripe identifiers, post text, prompts, drafts, files, file names, exact schedules, error messages, search terms or full referral URLs. DataFast Growth retains analytics for 5+ years. Separate IP-masked technical diagnostics remain in Microsoft Application Insights for 30 days. You can change this choice at any time.

Understand allowances and top-ups

See what each meter counts, when it resets and which extra capacity a top-up adds.

What is counted

  • Every post or thread part uses one total-post allowance.
  • A part containing one or more links also uses the smaller linked-post allowance.
  • An Article and each published Article update use one post.
  • Assistant use consumes AI tokens.
  • Uploaded media uses workspace storage.
  • Analytics admits root posts according to the active plan.

When a meter runs out

Plan & billing shows usage and the exact reset date. You can move to a higher plan, buy an eligible top-up or wait for the next usage window. Existing work is not deleted.

Publishing top-ups are used after plan allowances and remain valid for the period shown. They do not add analytics admissions. Linked-post credits cover both post meters for that linked part.
