Cadenvio uses essential browser storage to keep the service working. Optional analytics helps us understand which pages and product features are useful. You can accept or reject it.

DataFast uses a pseudonymous visitor cookie to recognise this browser across visits. It receives canonical page paths, fixed content-free events about composing, scheduling, publishing, connections, settings, analytics controls, assistant and billing actions, plus attachment type and a grouped count, a coarse acquisition category and LCP, INP and CLS performance metrics. We do not identify your Cadenvio account and do not send account, workspace, X or Stripe identifiers, post text, prompts, drafts, files, file names, exact schedules, error messages, search terms or full referral URLs. DataFast Growth retains analytics for 5+ years. Separate IP-masked technical diagnostics remain in Microsoft Application Insights for 30 days. You can change this choice at any time.

Choose the request

  • Access to the personal data connected with your account.
  • A portable export of available posts, drafts, schedules, settings and media.
  • Correction or restriction of specified information.
  • Deletion of the account and Personal workspace.
  • A question or objection about how your data is used.

Send and verify

  1. Use the data and privacy template

    State the request clearly and add the X handle connected to Cadenvio.

  2. Add the browser analytics identifier only when relevant

    Cookie settings shows the identifier needed to find optional analytics records for that browser.

  3. Complete proportionate verification

    Support confirms control of the linked X account where possible and may ask only for additional information needed to protect the account.

Cadenvio responds to a verified data or privacy request without undue delay and normally within 30 days.
